JANUARY UPDATE
Major Milestones Mark the Final Stages of Construction
As we commence 2025, we’re thrilled to share several landmark achievements at The Cove.
December/January Milestones
December and early January have brought dramatic transformations to the site, most notably:
The removal of the tower crane and the complete dismantling of scaffold from the eastern, western, and southern elevations.
Progress continues steadily on the northern elevation, where the Evans Built team is efficiently working to remove the remaining scaffold from level 4.

External works have gained significant momentum, with the successful completion of the basement ramp pour.
The visitor parking pavement preparations are scheduled to commence in late January, marking another step toward completion.
Internal Progress Update
Inside The Cove, each level continues to reach new completion milestones:
Levels 1 and 2 have now been thoroughly cleaned and secured.
Significant headway has been made on Levels 3 and 4, where defect management has reached 80% completion.
Meanwhile, Levels 5 and 6 have entered their defect management phase, with carpet installation being the final major element to complete..

Looking Ahead: January and February Activities
The coming weeks will see extensive finishing work across all levels.
Levels 1 and 2 will receive their external final paint treatment, thorough cleaning, and the installation of beach room gates.
On Levels 3 and 4, our team will complete internal defect management, followed by comprehensive cleaning and securing of apartments, alongside external final paint application and cleaning.
The top two levels will undergo completion of internal defect management, followed by thorough cleaning before being secured.
Final Stages and Important Dates
We’re pleased to announce that purchaser pre-inspections will commence in late February, beginning with Levels 1 and 2.
Our landscaping and final external works are on track for completion by the end of March, aligning perfectly with settlement timing.
The pool area, which experienced some delays due to wet weather, is now scheduled for tiling commencement in late January.
The podium level will be a hub of activity over the next two months as we complete the finishing touches at Comino, including concreting, paving, landscaping, and signage installation.
We look forward to delivering our final construction update at the beginning of March, just ahead of settlements. This will mark an exciting transition as The Cove moves from construction to completion, ready to welcome its new residents.
