Reaching New Heights:
Construction Achievements & Year-End Milestones

As we advance through the remaining months of the year, we’re delighted to share the latest developments at The Cove, where each week brings us closer to completion.

October and November Highlights

The months of October & November marked significant progress on various fronts.

• A noticeable visual transformation took place as scaffold removal commenced from the roof level, revealing striking aluminium screens on the western elevation. 

• The cabana area also achieved an important milestone with the completion of its roof pour, while the pool interior has been rendered and is now prepared for its premium tiling finish.

Our progress, level by level, continues to impress:

• Levels 1 & 2 serve as examples of meticulous attention to detail, with defect management now 98% complete

• Levels 3 & 4 have undergone initial cleaning, with our team at Evans Built diligently conducting their first round of defect management.

• Level 5 has seen 75% completion of painting and is awaiting only its carpet finishing.

• On Level 6, all wet area tiling and joinery installations have been completed, showcasing significant progress.

December Preview

In the upcoming weeks, we anticipate continued developments across all levels:

• Lower Levels 1 & 2 will receive their finishing touches with curtain and blind installations before final securing.

• Levels 3 & 4 will witness the completion of internal defect management.

• Level 5 will achieve its final paint finish, followed by initial cleaning.

• Level 6 will finalise floor tiling works and apply the last coat of paint.

• A systematic approach to external completions will commence, starting from Level 6, including the finalisation of balcony tiling and the installation of glass balustrades. 

• Additionally, progressive scaffold removal will be carried out, methodically working downward to showcase all accomplishments.

• We’re particularly excited that Evans Built remain on schedule to achieve full scaffold removal by Christmas, which stands as a testament to their continued efficiency.
