Noteworthy milestones mark our latest building update! As we transition from the months of August and September into the promising October ahead, we’re thrilled to share the remarkable strides made in our construction project.

Exciting progress continues at The Cove as we move through the winter months! Throughout July, Evans Built achieved several significant milestones.

By the end of June, we will reach a major milestone with the completion of the structural roof steel and roof sheeting.

Every day, something big changes at The Cove, thanks to the great work of the Evans Built construction team and their project partners.

Looking ahead to March, the Evans Built team is preparing to tick off some major construction milestones for Comino.

It’s certainly a very exciting time at The Cove with more residents set to move into their new homes at Corsica in only a few weeks and milestones continuing to be reached at Comino.

Construction remains on track for both Corsica and Comino with significant progress on the works at Comino and activity at almost every level of Corsica.

The next stage of a new luxury apartment precinct in Pelican Waters is now under construction. The Cove will feature six levels of owner-occupier styled plans, ranging in price from $1.4 million to $5.3 million.
